What does a one-off KLIC request cost?
Pay-per-use consists of Kadaster fees (€12.50 per sub-area) + a KLICBOT service fee with a tiered schedule and a cap of max €250 (excl. Kadaster fees).
How much is Pro and how do extra seats work?
Pro is €79/month (1 seat included). Extra seats are €20/month per seat. Annual is available too: €758.40/year (20% discount) + €192/seat/year.
How much is Enterprise?
Enterprise is quote-based (volume, integrations, and SLA determine pricing).
How long do you retain projects and audit logs?
Projects: Basic 90 days, Pro 1 year, Enterprise up to 10 years (optional).
Audit logs: Pro 5 years, Enterprise 10 years.
Is my data stored encrypted?
Yes. Sensitive project data (including coordinates, addresses, and chat) is stored encrypted at rest using Fernet encryption.
Do you use AI and do messages go to AI providers?
Yes, we use AI for interpretation (e.g. location/work details). This may mean (parts of) input is processed by external AI providers. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I delete my data (GDPR/‘forget me’)?
Yes. With ‘forget me’ we delete your data from our systems. Exception: payment/invoicing records may be subject to statutory retention.
Does KLICBOT take over my WIBON responsibility?
No. You remain responsible for validating location/work details and acting according to WIBON (e.g. trial holes/localization when in doubt).
